NOW HIRING PREP PROGRAM COACHES

All Love Basketball is looking for dedicated leaders to join our 2026 Spring/Summer Prep Program. We aren’t just looking for X’s and O’s; we want mentors committed to fostering a high-intensity, positive, and competitive culture.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• EXPERIENCE: Proven background in coaching or playing at a competitive level.

• MENTORSHIP: A passion for leading young athletes through high-intensity, skill-based drills.

• LEADERSHIP: Ability to command and inspire small groups (8–10 players) with a positive, firm presence.

• STRATEGY: Deep understanding of modern player development and game-time strategy.

• ORGANIZATION: Experience preparing and executing structured practice/clinic plans.​

 

COMMITMENT & EXPECTATIONS

• SEASON DURATION: Availability for the full season (typically two evenings a week and select weekends over a 3-month span depending on the season).

• TIME DURATION: Minimum of 3 hours per week for practices/planning, plus 5+ hours on competition days.

• PUNCUATLITY: Reliability is a core value. We expect coaches to arrive early for all scheduled clinics, practices, and tournaments.

• THE EARLY GRIND: Tournament play often begins before 8:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays.

• CULTURE: All Love Basketball coaches must display elite sportsmanship and respect toward competitors, officials, and event staff at all times.
